When is a Sock, Just a Sock?
This morning I found a wonderfully easy tutorial to "Turn Socks into Sleeves" by Angie Neil at Treasures for Tots....Want to turn those short sleeved tops for your little one into long sleeved tops perfect for those colder temperatures?
How about another idea for turning socks into leg warmers?
Samster Mommy has a "DIY Infant/Toddler Legwarmers" tutorial....Natasha includes many pictures in her tutorials, which for me is a plus, because I'm a "visual" person who needs all the pictures I can get....LOL
But wait, the creativity doesn't have to stop there....Disney at "Ruffles & Stuff" has an easy tutorial for turning Tiny Tights into Knee-High Socks in just 3 easy steps....

Trying to Find "My Own Style"
Happy Monday....Since I am new to blogging, I'm still trying to learn what to write that will hold people's interest and to make them want to come back....I am subscribed to over 50 blogs through Google Reader and at first, I may have joined them because there was an idea, a recipe or what have you, that caught my eye....Now, I can truly say while I still subscribe to more blogs for that very reason, as I peruse the various subscriptions, I also find myself able to step into the blog writer's world, if only a little, by actually reading through some of their posts....So for now, until I find "my own style", please allow me to share links to most favorite blogs....You never know, YOU might be inspired....

Good Day for Creamy Tomato Soup
Today, I'm going to make this delicious looking homemade
Creamy Tomato Soup that I found recently
at "A Little Loveliness"....
Doesn't it look absolutely delicious? Perfect for a day like
today when it is only 11 degrees in Upstate New York....
I'm also thinking of making some yummy
Magic Peanut Butter Middle
Cookies that I found at "Chocolate on my Cranium"....
Don't they make your mouth water? They sure do mine....
Then again, any combination of chocolate and peanut butter
normally does....LOL
Otherwise it is going to be a very uneventful day here at
my house....I have been on vacation the last two weeks and
I am trying to prepare myself to go back to work this next
Tuesday....Oh joy! LOL
Have a great day whatever you have planned....
